Hello There,
I keep a photo of my three-year-old self on my vanity.
Every morning, as I'm getting ready, I look at her. She makes me smile. She reminds me of the one who lives within, open, radiant, unapologetically alive.

Before the layers. Before the walls. Before the beliefs about who we were supposed to be.
She is still here. Living inside of me. Inside of you.
Not just as a memory, but as the essence that is our nature.
So much of this human experience is spent caught in the noise of thought:
I'm not good enough. No one loves me. I'm too old. I don't like my body.

Somewhere along the way, many of us begin to believe the most painful thought of all, that there is something fundamentally wrong with us.
But when I look at her, I see something else entirely. I experience innocence. Purity. A curiosity so full it spills over into light.
Through life's responsibilities and heartaches, we can forget that just beneath the busy-ness, the pain, and the roles we play, there is a place within us that remains untouched. A space that has never been broken. A self that has never needed fixing.
Below you'll find a short clip from one of my Sage reflections, an invitation to touch upon that place within you.
Notice what arises as you tune into her, into him, the one who is always here waiting to be remembered.
If these reflections land with you, I'm beginning to share more on YouTube. Subscribe. Let's continue this journey together.

When you think of your younger self, what do you feel most?

I invited members of our community to revisit a childhood photo and asked this same question. Here are a few of their reflections.🤍

Love,
Sage Robbins 🪷
