Hello there,
This past week, a soft arrangement of pink roses has lived at the center of our kitchen table. Each evening at dinner, our daughter shares what she notices, what is opening, what is falling. It has become, without planning, a simple practice in presence.

Nature doesn't force its flowering. It doesn't argue with its timing.
And neither does the truest part of each of us.
We each carry that same quiet signal, something that knows before the mind catches up. Not logic. Not the rational voice that weighs and measures. A sensing. A felt knowing. Intuition. An inner instinct. A subtle pull toward or away from something we can't always name.
There are those moments when every voice around us is certain, and yet something inside whispers: wait.
And moments when the answer looks right on paper, and yet the body feels uneasy.
We've all been in both places, where we override that signal, and where we trust it.
Life has certainly had its way with me. I am very familiar with the pain of not listening within, and with the times I have trusted that inner knowing and moved in flow.
Creating The Mirror was one of those moments, an inner knocking to share with you.
We are all receptive beings by nature, intuitive, co-creators. Life is inviting us to listen, pay attention, and sense beneath the noise of mind.
We all know what brakes feel like, what unease feels like. If we are in an underground parking lot, we become that much more aware. That is information.
And when we avoid or ignore it, from my own experience, it can lead to discomfort and pain. Not as punishment, but as life's gentle redirection back to a more natural flow.

Like a muscle. It deepens the more we honor it, the more we slow down enough to feel it, the more we choose it over the noise around us.
I invite you to pause, take a breath, and ask: What am I sensing, feeling, perceiving in this situation?
As we tune in and allow the body to speak, notice what is offered.
A simple practice I find supportive: throughout the day, I will ask my body how I can support it. How can I bless you, sweetheart?
Sometimes a glass of water comes to mind. Sometimes I'll see sunshine and simply step outside for a few moments. At times it's food, or a few squats, or something as simple as a pillow behind my back.
The answers we are looking for are already inside, waiting to be heard, waiting to be tuned in to.

To trust what you feel, not only what you know. Invite your inner senses to speak with you.
If these reflections land with you, I'm beginning to share more on YouTube. Subscribe. Let's continue this journey together.

Thank you for tuning in to you, and this incredible community of humans looking to live a kinder way.
