Hello There,
As we move into Valentine's week, I've been reflecting on love…
not as an idea, but as a shared experience.
The kind of love that invites us into our vulnerability.
The kind that invites us into presence.
There's a question that continues to school me.
What if this was the last day of your life…
or the last day of your loved one's life…
What would you say?
What would you do?
Innocently, we can all believe we will have tomorrow to say and do all the things our heart longs to. Enduring love is not about grand gestures, it's in the subtleness of appreciation, the sheer gift of sharing life with another.

Looking back at Tony and my relationship, I can see these same themes woven through every season of our lives together.
Our relationship unfolded in willingness.
And in learning, over time, that love deepens when we keep showing up for one another with open hearts.
I’m sharing more of that journey below, in a new video that tells the story of Tony and I. Perhaps, you’ll feel invited to look at the story of love in your own life as well.
I invite you to watch.
If these reflections land with you, I'm beginning to share more on YouTube. Subscribe. Let's continue this journey together.
THIS WEEK’S INQUIRY
Let’s pause together:
Where is love asking me to show up more fully right now?
What truth in my heart is ready to be spoken with tenderness?
How can I choose presence with someone I love today?
Love knows no boundaries, no limits.
Love simply loves.

Love,
